Do I need the site on DomePlus?

Yes for this package — we use panel tooling and your VPS stack. Off-panel sites need a custom quote.

What if the site needs more than ~2–4 hours?

We stop at the scope boundary, report findings, and offer WP Feature hourly or a follow-on quote before continuing.

Will this change my panel plan?

No. Performance Tune uses the separate services Stripe checkout — same path as Care and Migration.
