Terms of Service
Last updated: July 17, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the DomePlus website, control panel, APIs, agent software, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by DomePlus (“DomePlus”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, connecting a server, purchasing a plan or service, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” includes that entity.
1. The Service
DomePlus is a bring-your-own-server (BYOS) management panel. We help you connect and operate cloud servers that you own or rent from third-party providers (for example Hetzner, DigitalOcean, or Vultr). Unless we expressly sell hosting under a separate written agreement, we do not provide the underlying VPS or cloud infrastructure.
Depending on your plan and configuration, the Service may include:
- Server connection via our agent / SSH-based management
- Application stacks such as WordPress, Laravel, and Next.js
- Web server options (for example Nginx or OpenLiteSpeed)
- Backups orchestrated to your cloud storage destinations
- Security tooling (for example 2FA, Fail2Ban/WAF helpers, malware scans, Cloudflare WAF integrations where enabled)
- White-label branding and, on eligible plans, a client portal
- Support tickets and optional Care / Managed / Project services sold separately from panel plans
Features vary by plan and may change as we improve the product. Beta or early features may be incomplete or change without notice.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions by teammates, clients, or integrations you authorize.
- Keep credentials, API tokens, connect tokens, and recovery codes confidential. Enable 2FA where available.
- You must be legally able to enter a binding contract. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service with a parent or guardian’s consent where required.
- We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
3. Your servers, sites, and data
You (or your clients) own and control the servers, sites, databases, and content managed through DomePlus.
- Access: To operate the panel we may run an agent on your server and/or use credentials you provide. You authorize us to execute management commands needed to deliver the features you enable.
- Content: We do not claim ownership of your website content, databases, or backup files.
- Backups: When you configure backups to your own storage (S3-compatible, B2, Wasabi, R2, SFTP, Dropbox, Google Drive, and similar), files are sent to your destination. DomePlus orchestrates backups; we do not become the primary custodian of those backup archives on our servers.
- Your duty: You are responsible for maintaining independent backups, monitoring uptime of your infrastructure provider, securing SSH keys, and complying with software licenses on your servers.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service, or allow others to use servers managed through the Service, to:
- Violate applicable law, or host or distribute illegal content
- Send spam, phishing, malware, or other abusive traffic
- Attack, scan, or interfere with third-party systems without authorization
- Attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to DomePlus systems, other customers, or our providers
- Misrepresent affiliation with DomePlus, or remove branding in ways not allowed by your plan
- Resell or white-label the panel beyond what your plan expressly allows
- Use the Service in a way that creates unreasonable load or harms service quality for others
We may investigate suspected abuse and suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these rules are violated.
5. Plans, Care services, and billing
5.1 Panel plans
Panel subscriptions (for example Starter, Pro, Agency, or Business) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle as shown at checkout. Plan limits, feature gates, and pricing are described on our pricing pages and in your account billing screen. We may update plan features prospectively; material price changes for renewals will be communicated where practical.
5.2 Care, Managed, and Project services
Care plans, managed server packages, migrations, and project work sold via /services (or similar pages) are separate from panel plan billing. Paying for Care does not change your panel subscription, and panel checkout does not include Care unless we clearly state otherwise. Delivery of Care and projects is typically coordinated through support tickets and may depend on you providing access, scope, and timely feedback.
5.3 Payment methods
We may accept card payments (for example via Stripe) and crypto checkout (for example via a crypto payment provider). Crypto discounts, if offered, apply only as stated at checkout and may not apply to every product. You authorize us and our processors to charge applicable fees, taxes, and renewals until you cancel.
5.4 Trials, cancellation, and refunds
- Trials, if offered, convert to paid billing unless cancelled before the trial ends, as disclosed at signup or checkout.
- You may cancel a panel subscription in the billing settings; cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise.
- Crypto and one-time project payments may be non-refundable once processing or work has begun, except where required by law or where we agree otherwise in writing.
- Refund requests for panel plans are considered case-by-case, typically within 14 days of an initial charge when little or no usage has occurred.
5.5 Failed payments and suspension
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry charges, mark the account past due, limit features, or suspend management access until payment is restored. Your cloud servers remain with your infrastructure provider; DomePlus suspension does not automatically delete those servers.
6. White-label and client portal
If your plan includes white-label branding or a client portal, you may present the panel under your brand within the scope of that plan. You remain responsible for your clients’ experience, your own terms with clients, and any claims arising from your resale. You may not suggest that DomePlus is the contracting host of your clients’ sites unless that is accurately true under a separate agreement.
7. Support
Support is provided through in-panel tickets and channels we designate. Response times vary by plan and workload. Care Pro or similar packages may include SLA language as described at purchase; unless expressly stated, support is provided on a commercially reasonable basis and is not a guarantee of uptime for your servers or sites.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties (cloud providers, DNS/CDN/WAF, storage, OAuth login providers, payment processors, email delivery, and similar). Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, data handling, or policy changes of third parties outside our control.
9. Intellectual property
DomePlus and its software, design, documentation, and trademarks remain our property (or our licensors’). Subject to these Terms and your paid plan status, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or create competing services from our software except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
10. Confidentiality and security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the Service. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You are responsible for securing your servers, applications, and credentials. If you believe an account or token is compromised, notify us promptly at [email protected].
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will prevent all security incidents on servers you control.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DomePlus and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service or your servers.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to DomePlus for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify DomePlus against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your servers, your clients, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel as described in billing settings. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for non-payment, abuse, legal risk, or material breach. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive.
15. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service and these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, may provide additional notice (for example email or an in-product message). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and cancel applicable subscriptions.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where DomePlus operates its principal business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.
17. Miscellaneous
- These Terms are the entire agreement for the Service and supersede prior conflicting terms for the same subject, unless a signed enterprise agreement says otherwise.
- If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
- Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
