Are Care or builds included in panel plans?

No. Free–Business are self-serve panel subscriptions (the core product). Optional add-ons (Care, security, builds) use a separate checkout and open a support ticket for delivery.

Where do my backup files actually live?

On your storage — S3, Backblaze B2, Wasabi, R2, SFTP, Dropbox, Google Drive, pCloud, or OneDrive. DomePlus orchestrates the backup but never stores your files on our servers.

How do crypto discounts work?

List prices are shown on this page. When you check out with Bitcoin, you pay 21% less. With USDT or USDC, you pay 5% less. Card payments use the full list price. The discount is applied when the crypto invoice is created.

Do I get off-site backups on Starter?

Yes. Daily off-site backups to S3, SFTP, Dropbox, and Google Drive are included on Starter ($12). Files go to your storage.

When can I white-label the panel?

Pro ($29/mo) includes your brand name, logo, and accent color — plus Cloudflare DNS/WAF controls. Agency ($49) adds a client portal with scoped access.

Is security gated behind a higher plan?

No. 2FA, Google SSO, security audit, UFW/Fail2Ban, and malware scans are available on all plans. Cloudflare managed WAF ships with white-label on Pro+.

Do you support more than WordPress?

Yes — WordPress, Laravel, and Next.js apps, on Nginx or OpenLiteSpeed. Agency tools stay WordPress-strong (magic login, WP updates, malware scan).

Do you charge per site, traffic, or page views?

Never. Paid plans include unlimited sites with no traffic caps. Your bill stays predictable.

Can I pay with crypto?

Yes — USDT, USDC, and Bitcoin alongside card checkout. Crypto invoices get the channel discounts above.

Is there a contract or setup fee?
