Delivery process

    Access & target

    You share source access (SFTP/SSH, panel export, or staging clone) and confirm the destination server/site in DomePlus.

    Migrate & verify

    We copy files and database, fix common path/URL issues, enable SSL, and load key pages for a smoke check.

    Backup & handoff

    We run the first backup to your storage, then open a support ticket summary so you can flip DNS when ready.

  • Redesign, new features, or content rewriting
  • Multi-site / multisite networks (scoped separately)
  • Complex WooCommerce or membership cutovers that need a custom plan
  • Purchasing domains, DNS hosting, or third-party plugin licenses

Typical timeline

Typically 1–3 business days after we have working source access and a ready target server. DNS cutover timing is yours.

Common questions

Do I need an active DomePlus panel plan?

Yes — Migration Pack assumes a server connected to DomePlus and space for the site. Panel billing stays separate from this one-time fee.

Can you migrate from SpinupWP, RunCloud, or cPanel?

Yes, as long as we can get files and a database export (or SSH/SFTP). Tell us the source in the request notes.

What if the site is very large or heavily customized?

We’ll confirm scope before work starts. Oversized media libraries or unusual stacks may need a custom quote instead of the flat $199 pack.
