Pay & identify the site
Log in, choose Malware Scan, and tell us the domain. After Stripe payment we open a security ticket with the scan checklist.

Scan & review
Ops runs the scan from the panel (reducing manual SSH work), then reviews results for obvious malware, injections, or integrity issues.

Report
You get a ticket update with findings and next steps. If cleanup is needed, we point you to Malware Cleanup or Care Pro.
