How it works

Delivery process

    Subscribe & identify the site

    Pay for Care Pro and confirm the domain in notes. We open a Care ticket and follow the Pro checklist each month.

    Update safely

    When updates are risky, we use staging first. Then we update production, scan, and verify backup success.

  3. 3
    Fixes & report

    Small included fixes (≤1 hour) are applied when requested. You receive a monthly status note with scan and update outcomes.

Not included

  • Unlimited development or redesigns (use WP Feature or site packages)
  • Emergency 24/7 on-call beyond the 1-business-day reply SLA
  • Full malware cleanup when a site is heavily infected (see Malware Cleanup)
  • VPS hardening (add Managed Server or the Care + Server Bundle)

Same onboarding window as Care Lite. Monthly work runs on a recurring cycle after the site is confirmed.

Common questions

What counts as a “small fix”?

Short, well-defined tweaks — plugin settings, a CSS tweak, a form issue — within about one hour total per month. Larger work is quoted as WP Feature.

Does Pro replace Malware Scan?

Pro includes a monthly scan. Buy one-time Malware Scan only when you need an extra check outside the Care cycle.

Listed option: 5 sites for $349/mo. Note your site list in the request and we confirm scope in the ticket.
