Delivery process

    Subscribe

    Choose Care Lite on Services, pay by card (or request a quote), and tell us the domain. We open a Care ticket with the delivery checklist.

    Monthly cycle

    Each month we update WordPress, confirm backup success, and check that uptime monitoring is active.

  3. 3
    Status note

    You get a short report in Support: what was updated and anything that needs your attention.

Common questions

Is this separate from my panel plan?

Yes. Care uses a separate Stripe checkout. Your Starter–Agency panel subscription is never changed by Care.

Can I cover multiple sites?

Yes — buy Care Lite per site, or ask about the multi-site option (3 sites for $99/mo) in the request notes.

When should I choose Care Pro instead?

Choose Pro if you want staging before big updates, a monthly malware scan, up to 1 hour of small fixes, and a 1-business-day reply SLA.
