SFTP

Each site has its own Linux user (dp_site_ plus the site id). On the site page, open SFTP / SSH to copy the host, port, username, and web root. Reset SFTP password shows a password once. The account is SFTP-only (no shell).

Database

Provisioning creates a MySQL database and user on localhost only. On the site page, Show password reads it from the server and displays it once. You can create extra databases the same way. phpMyAdmin opens from that panel. Port 3306 is not opened to the internet.

SSL hub

The site page SSL section renews Let’s Encrypt, can force HTTP to HTTPS on Nginx, and accepts a custom PEM certificate plus private key. Point the domain’s A record at the server before Let’s Encrypt will succeed. Full DNS and Cloudflare notes are in the in-panel guide DNS and Cloudflare.

Logs, PHP, and domains

On the site page, Logs loads Nginx error, Nginx access, or PHP-FPM lines for that domain, with an optional search. PHP version switches the site to another PHP release already installed on the server. Domains adds aliases such as www; point DNS at the server, then renew SSL so the certificate includes the new names.

Resources (Pro and above) charts CPU, RAM, and disk from the agent heartbeat and can refresh this site’s PHP worker and recent request counts.

Backup destinations

Go to Backups → Destinations to add S3, SFTP, or cloud storage. Starter allows 1 destination; Pro allows unlimited.

Staging projects

Clone production files + database to a staging domain (Starter+). Push staging to live on Pro+.

Restore

Completed backups show a Restore button on the site or backups list (Starter+).
